What do you think about Campaigner magazine?

Friday 10 December 2010 15:13

Like all good Liberal Democrat campaigners, we want to know what you think!

Campaigner magazine is nearly four years old in its current format and so it's time for a revamp.  For that reason we're asking all ALDC members to let us know what they think about the magazine - what is interesting, what's not interesting, how we can improve it and make it even more useful as a resource to Liberal Democrat councillors and local campaigners.

You can take the survey via this link.  Please tell us your views.  We will be revamping Campaigner early in the New Year and so now is the time to have your say.

I'm pleased that the newspaper is getting a revamp as I never really liked this style. I miss the former "Grassroots Campaigner" booklet. That publication was "spot on" as it had the right amount of information, campaign ideas and really good stories about winning local election campaigns (I don't really see that with its successor publication). It's this kind of information that we'll need if we are to hang on to our council seats in next May's local elections especially in the North West. I'm not bothered about the revamped publication being in colour either as long as we know what's happening in council's that we control and more importantly information on winning local elections - latest techniques etc and not re-inventing the wheel. Just took part in the on line survey and it wouldn't let me go to page 2. Look forward to seeing a revamped publication. Robert Bleakley
